Forefront Designs was founded by David Bailey in January of 1996. Our firm's expertise includes new residential projects, historical preservation, renovations, and additions to homes, shopping centers, and office structures as well as interior renovations of offices and apartments. We have many residential and commercial projects in New Jersey as well as the New York/Metropolitan area. Our firm's primary concern is the practice of architecture as a customer service. We work closely with the client during all phases of the project to provide them with advise to ensure quality control and on time delivery.
We provide planning studies on properties our clients are considering buying, remodeling, or leasing. We analyze the properties for code compliance, practicality of alterations, and detailed layout studies to determine true usable space characteristics so our clients can make the appropriate decisions. We provide completely detailed documentation so projects can be bought-out effectively and extra costs during construction are minimized.
We conduct close inspection and consistent follow-ups on all contractor activities to make sure compliance to contract documents are followed. Our staff is well versed in the renovation construction process and experienced in resolving difficult situations and tight scheduling.
